PODIKIZHI ( Churna Pinda Sweda)

Podikizhi is an ancient Ayurvedic technique of fomentation.Hot fomentation is given with help of bundle (potali) of medicinal herbs/powders. Podikizhi gives a long lasting relief from pain, stiffness, swelling and other complaints associated with bones and joints.
Duration: 30-60 mins.
Course of treatment: 7 days to max 3 weeks.
